These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of realtracker.co and the property delivery pages we operate (the "Service"). By using the site, requesting a quote, or opening a property link, you agree to these Terms.
RealTracker films listing video and related media for clients in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, including Chicago and nearby suburbs and Northwest Indiana cities such as Munster, Schererville, St. John, Dyer, Highland, Crown Point, Merrillville, Hammond, Griffith, and Valparaiso. A quote request outside that area may be declined.
Finished videos are delivered on a property-specific web address. The recipient must enter a PIN before the videos play.
Until a project is marked paid, videos play as previews. The player shows a RealTracker watermark and does not offer a download. That preview is for review of the work. It is not a license to publish, advertise, or repost the video.
When the project is marked paid, the watermark is removed for that property and download links can be issued for the finished files. Payment is arranged directly with RealTracker. Marking a project paid inside the studio is what changes the player. The watermark is a player overlay. It is there to keep unpaid previews from being saved as clean files through the download button, not as a guarantee against every possible screen capture.
After the project is paid, the client may download the delivered videos and use them to market that property, including on the MLS, the agent's site, and the agent's social channels. RealTracker keeps ownership of the underlying footage and may show the work as a portfolio example unless you ask us in writing not to.
You may not resell the files as stock footage or claim the production as someone else's work.
PINs and property links are for the client on that job. Do not post them publicly. You are responsible for who you share them with. We may reset a PIN or take a link offline if it is being misused.
You represent that you have the right to commission media of the property and to give us any names, addresses, and instructions you submit. We do not review every quote for accuracy before you send it.
You may not attempt to bypass the PIN, scrape delivery pages, overload the site, or use the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend a link or a studio session if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.
The RealTracker name, site design, and software stay ours. Client rights in a paid delivery are limited to the license in section 3.
The site and delivery pages are offered "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted playback, a particular encode time, or that a watermark prevents every copy of a preview. Shoots can be rescheduled for weather, access, or safety.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealTracker and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from the site, a shoot, or a delivery page.
