The Studio

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QR Studio on realtracker.co (the "Service") — a free tool for designing and downloading custom QR codes. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
QR Studio lets you compose QR code content, style the design, optionally place a center mark or artwork, and export files for personal or commercial use. The Service is provided free of charge, without watermarks, and without requiring an account.
You are solely responsible for the data you encode (links, text, contact details, WiFi credentials, and so on) and for any images or logos you upload. You represent that you have the rights to use that material and that your use complies with applicable law.
We do not review, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of codes you create. You are responsible for testing that a code scans as intended before you print or distribute it.
You may not use the Service to create codes that promote fraud, malware, phishing, or other unlawful activity, or that infringe others' rights. We may restrict or discontinue access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
The Service's interface, branding, and software remain ours. Subject to these Terms, you own the QR codes and exports you generate with your own content and artwork. You grant us no license to use your uploaded materials beyond what is needed to render them in your browser session.
The Service is offered "as is" and at your discretion. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect scannability in every print or lighting condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, realtracker.co and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any code or export you create.
