These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RealTracker (the "Service"), a software tool for real estate professionals to organize purchase-contract timelines and share read-only views with clients. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
RealTracker is a timeline and organization tool only. It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice or a substitute for review by a qualified attorney or other professional where appropriate.
Dates, milestones, and other information shown in RealTracker may be incomplete or incorrect. AI-assisted extraction and manual entry can both contain errors. RealTracker does not guarantee accuracy and is not responsible for missed deadlines, incorrect dates, or any loss arising from reliance on the Service.
You, as a licensed real estate professional (or authorized user), are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all dates, obligations, and terms against the executed contract and applicable law. You confirm that you hold the professional responsibility to ensure timelines match your clients' binding agreements.
When you upload or submit purchase contract material, that content may be transmitted to AI services to extract dates and related fields. By using upload or AI features, you acknowledge this processing and represent that you have authority to submit the documents you provide. You agree to our Privacy Policy regarding how information is handled.
RealTracker is provided for convenience to help agents communicate milestones to clients. It is offered "as is" and at your discretion. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealTracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information within it.
For questions about these Terms, contact us through the same channels you use for product support or your account administrator.
