This Privacy Policy describes how RealTracker ("we," "us") handles information when you use our Service. We built RealTracker as a professional timeline tool—we do not sell your personal information to data brokers or for third-party marketing.
To run your account and show timelines, we process information you provide—such as your name, email, brokerage details, contract-related fields you enter, and files you upload (for example, purchase agreements in PDF form). This processing is necessary to provide the Service you requested.
When you use features that extract dates or milestones from a contract, the text of those documents may be sent to third-party AI providers (for example, large language model APIs) solely to generate structured fields inside your workspace. You should assume contract content is processed off your device for that purpose. Do not upload documents you are not authorized to share.
We do not sell personal information as commonly defined in privacy laws (i.e., we do not exchange your data for money with advertisers or data brokers). We use service providers (such as hosting or AI APIs) only to operate the product under appropriate agreements.
Account and contract data you save are stored so you can access your timelines. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for complying with your brokerage's and clients' expectations regarding confidential documents. RealTracker is a timeline aid; verification of all dates and terms remains your duty as a licensed professional, as described in our Terms of Service.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
