This Privacy Policy describes how realtracker.co ("RealTracker," "we," "us") handles information when you visit the site, request a quote, or open a private property link. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or for third-party marketing.
RealTracker provides listing video and related media for clients in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. This policy covers the public website, the quote form, and the private pages we send so a realtor or other client can view a specific property.
If you request a quote, we store the details you submit: name, email, phone, brokerage, property address, city, the service you ask for, and any note. We use that information to reply about the shoot and to keep a record of the request. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Each delivered property has its own web address and a PIN. We store the property title, address, client name, a scrambled form of the PIN, whether the project is paid, and the list of videos on that project. We do not store the PIN in a form we can read back. A correct PIN sets a cookie so the same browser can reopen that property without entering it again for a limited time.
Videos are hosted with Bunny.net (Bunny Stream). When someone who has entered the PIN presses play, their browser requests the video from Bunny. Bunny processes that playback under its own terms. We use short-lived links so a video address is not a permanent public file. Preview playback shows a watermark in the player until we mark the project paid. After that, the watermark is removed and a download link can be issued for the finished file.
We use cookies for the studio login and for unlocked property pages. Those cookies are httpOnly, which means page scripts cannot read them. Like most sites, our host may log IP address, browser type, and the page requested in order to run and protect the site. The site also uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visits to the public pages.
We do not sell personal information. Hosting, video delivery, and analytics providers process data only so the site and the delivery pages can function.
Quote requests and project records stay until the job is finished and we no longer need them for delivery, invoicing, or a dispute, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete a quote request or a client delivery page by emailing hello@realtracker.co.
Do not send us information you are not allowed to share, and do not pass a property PIN to someone who should not see the videos. See also our Terms of Service.
We may update this policy as the delivery service changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy where the law allows that.
